  • You must send your product back to the address provided by us in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturers.

Order Changes and Cancellation:

Damaged/Missing Products:

If the package is delivered to the exact address provided by the recipient and any address discrepancy is due to an error on your part, we cannot be held responsible for this mistake. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
